In the first few days / weeks of a new expansion, things in Destiny's underlying database can be a bit wonky. If you see triumphs without descriptions, classified rewards, etc. that's par for the course until things settle down.
Once maintenance concludes, I can submit the app for approval. With maintenance ongoing, the App Store approval team cannot validate the functionality of the app.
